unexpected error.(800)

I get this error everytime i try to add facebook. I have tried it on both an XP and vista machine but still get it. Maybe there is something wrong with my account?

I have a person facebook as well as a work related account.
is there an issue with adding multiples?
I keep getting the same error

Uxexpected 800

I am running 8hands on Windows Vista and when trying to add my Facebook account it is giving me the same error at the bottom....

Unexpected 800

Is there a solution in the works for this problem?
