To retrive your password just click on the "Forgot Password" option in the 8hands login menu, your login details will be mailed to your email address with a new password. You can always change it to something more convenient by opening the Profile tab on the Settings window. (options > settings > Profile)
In order to retrieve your facebook password you will have to:
- Visit the facebook home page - Enter your email address - Click on the "forgot password" link - The nice guys at facebook will send you your password
