Can't add a Facebook profile
I try and add it and it simply says "8hands has encountered a problem processing that location. Please contact 8hands support"

Hi,

 

We've been having some on and off problems with Facebook during the weekend, but we have fixed them all. Please let me know if you still having similar issues.

Still having issues
tried again this morning and it still gave me the same error. i tried other profiles, myspace and youtube, and they both worked

Same problem with Facebook, recently

Hi, I have this same problem with Facebook. I can't add the source, no matter what I try I always get the message: "8hands has encountered a problem processing the source. Please contact 8hands support." I tried to find the problem and I;ve checked my Facebook language configuration to make sure it is in English... Any suggestions?

Problem with Facebook

Hey emarc,

The best way for us to try and fix this Facebook problem you mentioned is by checking your 8hands' log files. They usually can be found under:
My Computer > C:\Program Files\8hands\logs
If you could zipp the log file and send it to: info(at)8hands(dot)com it will be a great help for us to try and find the problem.
