8hands hanging

After adding my Facebook info, when I try to launch 8hands, it hangs on one particular friend. That name flashes and the program hangs. I have to kill it in task manager to keep it from hogging my machine. Can I manually remove my Facebook info to at least get it to launch again? Any ideas what is happening here?

Hi Jeff!

Thanks for your input. What kind of computer do you own? what is the processor and how much RAM do you have? Here in 8hands we work hard to improve our performances, so we will be glad to use your help.

Computer info

No problem. I've got a Dell Latitude D630 w/ Intel Core Duo CPU T7500 @ 2.20GHz 2.19GHz. 2.00GB of RAM. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I was going to install it on other test PCs just to see their reaction. But, this is my main laptop and where I would use it the most.

Hi Jeff!
In order to understand what went wrong, we will need a little help: Next time you try to log in, kill the process and go to c:\program files\8hands\logs. Zip the files you find there and send them to info@8hands.com. Thanks for your help!
