Recently we've been getting complains from people who did not receive our admin's welcome e-mail or our invite-to-8hands e-mail.

We found out that some of the spam filters treat our admin e-mail as if he was spam, and move any mail that was sent by him into the spam folder.

We recommend any 8hands user to check his spam folder and to approve these next e-mails in his filtering system:
