Perpetually is one of the first photographers I noticed on Flickr. She's actually a high school friend of my brother's, so it wasn't too hard to stumble upon her. I think she's actually one of the first photographers that I was officially addicted to on Flickr. Her images are wild and ecstatic, a diary showing her travels, her home, her friends, her play. There was a while I would check in daily to see what she was up to, and then call over friends from work to my computer to oooh and aaah over her at her creations.

 

She's also the first person that showed me the power of Flickr - her fans, their comments, the cult that she'd created for herself. And today, close to a year later, I went through her 2,000 + images - from the end to the beginning, and really felt like I saw a few years in the life and evolution a photographer in the age of Flickr.
