8hands Featured Artist: April March
April March is probably the most Frenchwoman that was born in the states.
Her half-English-half-French-beautiful-pop-songs brought her lots of fans around the world and especially in French itself. Among her fans you can find Quentin Tarantino and Bertrand Burgalat.
Chick habit – an English translation for "Laisse Tomber Les Filles" composed by Serge Gainsbourg and performed by France Gall, is March's best known work.
These days March has finished recording a full length album with Steve Hanft proudly mixed by the great John McEntire (Tortoise, Stereolab, Trans AM).
For all of you Francophiles out there – stay tuned, It's gonna be wild!
