It seems like your application could become one of those things people won't live without, you better hurry and deliver it multiplatform, you're sure to have some competition, this client app is a no brainer for other entrepreneurs. Even though Mac/Linux would represent about 5% to 10% of your population, you should have a version available for these OSes, they help a great deal with the word of mouth, given that many bloggers, podcasters and technology enthusiasts don't use windows, and these are the people that could at least for now and for many future releases give you free QA and lots of useful feedback.
